Processing Time
Each item in our collection is handmade to order, so please allow time for crafting and preparation before dispatch. Because our garments are made without excess stock, processing times may vary.

Customs and Import Taxes
Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Exchange Policy

Refund Policy

We offer refunds for the cost of the clothing item only; shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for refunded items. If an item is returned in a condition other than its original state, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
